A BIT OF HISTORY ABOUT R&M

R&M, Inc. began in 1970 under the guidance of the founder Richard Motley. Over the years, it grew and flourished.

As Richard’s daughter Richelle assumed additional responsibilities of managing the day-to-day business in the new millennium, the company gew and changed with the times. Now Richelle is the managing owner of R&M Property Services, LLC as of 2013 and with the new ownership, the company is now a Certified Woman-Owned Business.
